What exactly is MAZ Insurance?
MAZ Insurance LLC is an insurance brokerage firm, based out of Scottsdale, Arizona, and is run by it's lead consultant, (Jermey) Jed Maslowski.  Because we are a brokerage firm, we work with several dozen different insurance carriers when it comes to health insurance, disability insurance, and life insurance.

Is there an additional fee to work with MAZ Insurance?
Absolutely not!  Whether you get your policy through MAZ Insurance, or whether you get your policy directly through the insurance carrier, the premiums will be identical.

What are the advantages of working with MAZ Insurance?
Most importantly, you will not get a biased opinion towards one particular insurance carrier.  Our number one priority is getting you the correct insurance policy...  Regardless of the carrier.  Secondly, you will have direct access to an agent should you have any questions.  No buttons to push when you call or generic customer service addresses to email..  Just a direct phone number and email for your convenience.  Having said that, this doesn't mean you can't contact the insurance carrier directly.  You still can.  However, most clients tend to find they save quite a bit of time when working with us.

Having said that, can MAZ Insurance file a claim for me?
Unfortunately no.  By law, we cannot file a claim on behalf of an individual (or business).  However, we can assist you in getting the correct forms, and correct contact information about a particular carrier.

How can I research an insurance carrier ON MY OWN TIME?
It's simple, when you click on "get a quote and apply," you will see the particular insurance carrier's logo at the top of the screen.  Click on the logo (or right-click to open in a new window), and you will be directed to the carrier's home page.  From there, you are free to research as much as you like.

But please remember, in order to use the services of MAZ Insurance, you MUST use the link from the MAZ Insurance homepage, when you apply.  Otherwise, you may end up applying directly through the carrier's website, in which case, we cannot help you.

How can I be sure I'm applying through MAZ Insurance?
It's simple.  When you click on "get quote and apply," the new webpage should indicate that either MAZ Insurance is the agency, or that Jeremy Jed Maslowski is the agent.  If you do not see either of those names listed, please call us directly,   480-661-1005.  Or email, jed@mazinsurance.com

I applied for a policy elsewhere, and got an exclusion (or decline).  What do I do?
Stop!  Call us immediately and do not immediately reapply with a new company.  Sometimes exclusions are unavoidable, but we need to figure out exactly what "condition" was being excluded and why.  Reapplying with a new company BEFORE getting all the facts will usually lead to more of the same, which in turn, leads to more frustration.

I applied through MAZ Insurance, and got an exclusion (or decline). What do I do?
Do the same as above. Call us immediately, so we can take a look at the situation, and try to rectify the situation.  However, there are times when an exclusion is simply unavoidable.

I might have a pre-existing medical conditions. What can I do?
Let us complete a "pre-screen" first. Give us a call, and we will get details about your specific medical condition. From there, we will talk with various insurance carriers, to see where we might stand.  It is at that point, that we will call you back, to let you know what we have discovered.  We can then decide how we want to proceed.
